What Is A Gym Consist Of



This area of the gym shows a wide view of the gym machines and everything that goes on here. Just by looking at this view, it shows that a lot of sweat and tears come right from this area. This is the main cover shot to give people a feel of what type of emotions it shows through the picture, everything here is very intense and hardcore working. 

This shot establish everything that it says about fitness and being apart of gyms. When you walk in this area, through the gym doors it will give you a feeling you cant get rid of especially on a beautiful hot sunny day on 5/7/2017.

In this picture, this lady is showing details of a particular weight she is holding while standing up. This photo shows a lot of hard work is about to get ready to start off pretty soon.

In this view of the photo, she is demonstrating how to use this machine and the proper weight with your body being fully balance to hold your back up straight in a work out.  Also in the background of the photo, it shows another machine that can be used as well for upper body strength. On the wall of the gym, it shows motivation that is written for people to be motivated in the gym to reach there goal.

On my last photo for the closing, it basically shows when your done with a good work out or a first day workout, you want to use a treadmill and let your self cool down from all of the weight that was lifted. It will make you feel much better and relax afterwards.
