Why Exercise
There are so many reason why to exercise but some of those reasons may not be true, for example "if you exercise once in your life time that you don't have to work out anymore because you did it all in one day". That is so not true, the reason we exercise because it provide healthy living, more endurance, keep from being obesity, and stress free. Exercise can cause so much greater things in life that's why exercise is so important. Exercise is being the most talked about strategy for better living. There are good workouts to help you reach your goals and limits to being successful in exercising, you can either exercise for 30 minutes max or you can go over the limit and do more than 30 minutes.
Exercise is more than just how it sounds, exercise has so many levels to do it, that you have to go by the steps and rules of a particular exercise. There are tons and millions of exercise that can be done and demonstrated. For the most part, exercise is not just consist of using heavy weights, you can also go for a walk or jog. It's best to go for a walking every day, it helps build your bones and joints being stronger and keep you in shape for everyday situations. Walking is a good start to your workouts because it basically sat the milestone for you so you can pick up the pace towards the end.
When your exercising you want to make sure you doing a good job at it so you can have room for improvement. If you're exercising but you're still able to hold a conversation then it's best to pick up the pace because the more you're not able to hold a conversation the better because it shows how hard you're working and that the intense level is getting higher the more you achieve something new each time. In my opinion, exercising is a good way to fight off disease and live better and eat better. Basically it just shows how a good outcome in life you will gain once you're being on a daily exercise level. We need exercise because its getting us fit, help with cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, a good combination, losing weight, fighting depression, and recovering from an injury.
