Jogging & Running

We all know about jogging and running, either we have seen it or done it. However, jogging and running is perform with an intense workout that is allowing the heart to go at a faster pace only because your pumping your muscles more, using your whole body to perform that movement. Jogging is meant to go at a slower pace, when your jogging you usually doing it to get warmed up before you start your work outs. Jogging can be perform for a short period of time or longer, just depends on the person performing and what the purpose is for that particular movement. Everyone jogging style is different, jogging is a good exercise that is being used for a good cause.

There can be a team doing jogging or one person doing it by themselves, there is no particular way. Running is done at a faster pace. When you run your legs tends to pick up a little higher, and each time your foot hit the ground it immediately pick right back up but in a much faster pace. Running is one of the best aerobic exercise there is. Running can be good for your health, stress free, fewer headaches, and depression.

Running can be fun, it can also express the uniqueness of yourself being who you are and feeling the wind while you're at it. Every sport perform both of these exercises to help their team be better for practice, games, workouts, or just everyday life. Running can be done inside and outside of a field or park. As you get better in performing, taking the time to jog or run will be good for the body. Being able to run will keep you happy, stress free, being able to move at a faster pace, and always alert.

Running can also make you faster, with your bones and joints being so strong it will make them be very useful to your workouts or activity's that you play or do. Running can be done day or night, if you run in the day depends on what time it is it may be a hotter, which may cause more sweating, and if you run at night, it will more than likely help you run longer because you want sweat as much while the moon is out.
