We all drink water or at least had some water or just different kinds of fluids that we have just put in our body. However, water is good for everything. In fact, about 60% of water is made of man body and 55% is made of woman body, so as we all can see we need water, it's part of us. Even our brain is made up of 75% of water. When it comes to work out and performing an activity water is the key to staying hydrated.
Always stay hydrated, it will keep you at a balance of having enough fluid in your body to perform. Without water you can have a breaking point, not being able to stay in a game for a long period of time, having heat strokes, out of breath, and more. When we drink water, all we doing is feeding our body to what it needs. Throughout your workouts or before and after your workouts, stay hydrated no matter what. That is a huge factor in Staying Fit & Keep Calm. Having the taste of water before a workout feels so good because it let you know that you're about to put some hard work in and a lot of sweat will start running down once you have started this intense workout.
The more you drink the better but don't overdo it because you will feel fat and feeling the water in your stomach move around as you start to perform and your stomach will be bloated. Another good way to stay hydrated is Gatorade. It is a thirst quencher. Gatorade is good for the body because it has electrolytes. Having electrolytes is good for exercising because it give us energy as soon as we drink it however, water is good to use to but it doesn't absorb fast as Gatorade do. Every sport is using Gatorade now, and all of the players like to use it.
Gatorade is so popular now that they are doing commercials for it. Not because it's just good but it actually works as well. Kids even use Gatorade, it's not just for adults it works for everyone. Having Gatorade before and after from a long period time of working out and putting your performance to the test, will be great for good use.
