Have Style In Everything You Do

Reviewing from the last post we talked about will be something you can be able to use once you have things figured out. Right here I set a few examples to how things should look, now it doesn't have to go in this order or anything but you can make up what you want to work on each day for you so it can fit your needs.
Workout Schedule
 Red- Monday- Walk
Green - Tuesday- stretch
Blue- Wednesday- Weights
Orange- Thursday- Run
Black - Friday- Relax
Pink- Saturday- Jog
Yellow - Sunday- Weights
There is also another way you could do things to make things more fun and exciting to Stay Fir & Keep Calm. Using small index cards is another solution. You can put them in jars, shake them up and after all of that you can pick one out of the jar each day, and whatever color is on that index card will determine the workout you doing for that day. It could be anything who knows, but what that will do is bring a different view to your mind and make things more fun than it just being a regular workout. Now that we have gotten that out the way, your next move will be style and how you carry yourself. The things you need when you dress up for workout will be listed with a short few ideas. These ideas will be good to use because all of it came from a former Troy University college football player by the name of Alton, yes folks that is me and my first name. One thing first at a time you will need: Gym Gear
Headsets
Music
Socks
Gloves
Sport shoes
Shorts
T-shirts
Long sleeve
Underarmour shirt or long sleeve
Underarmour tights
Sport duffel bag
Towel
These are a few things that I have listed for you to kind of get an idea of what you may need. Now some of you may already have a few of these things I have listed, if so that's even better. You can have whatever brands you like it's up to you for the most part. Going by these few items and list I have listed for you will be a good way to start now in putting things in action so you can move forward to the next process because once all of those things are set in place, now is the time to start preparing the workout.
