Walking & Trotting

Walking and trotting can be put in the same category in my point of view. Only one is with slow pace and the other is with fast pace. Walking can be done on a everyday bias. We walk every were, weather we realize it or not, there is always walking involved. Either we walking to the bathroom or we walking to the car or going to the fridge to get a glass of milk.

We all perform walking, it's a habit for most of us. As we know, there are some of us that wasn't born to walk or others that are handicap. However, when it comes to working out, walking can be a good source for training to getting your body pumped, and in the movement of moving at the pace you want to start in. Some of us use walking to lose weight and others do it before they train after they train. There are so many ways to think why we walk and what walking is use for on certain occasions.

Walking can be done on a track or a field or park,  and just about anywhere. Walking is a very important training technique to use, it keeps you calm and steady and walking really doesn't require much. There is no limit to how many times you may walk, it will not harm you, of course you're not trying to walk 12 hours straight, I'm not saying that, but walking is a good thing. Walking is good for the legs and muscles. It also strengthen your heart, walking on a regular can prevent a lot of things like high blood pressure. Walking is extremely important and it should be perform daily.

There is also trotting, as to some of us call it in the gym. Trotting can be done at a higher pace, usually that is done to feel a little extra burn in your workout to get more out of the exercise. Mainly people usually trot if they don't want to jog or run but at the same time there walking but it's at a faster pace. Trotting is more intense than walking, trotting can be perform at a track or field or at a park. They both can be perform before and after a workout session.
