The 411 On Squats

People all across the world, use there lower body for something. In fact our lower body is the strongest muscles there is. For one, we use our lower body every day, either there is walking, jogging, running, or going up the stairs. But out of all of them, human beings walk more every day instead of jogging or running. Our lower body have to be in the best shape there is, we have to protect them and make sure they're getting as much rest and muscle build up there is. Squats is the best work out for legs or just lower body in general.

Squats is very important in fitness because it works on the hips, thighs, buttocks, hamstring, quads, as well in strengthening the bones too. When a squat is being performed or being taught for the first time, you want to take precaution as soon as possible. Those steps of being taught how to do squats need to be fully viewed right on sight and not to be taken lightly. When you're working out and doing squats, you want to always make sure you have a spotter behind you in case you're needing help on the last rep or set or just in general to make sure you do them right and not get hurt. Squats basically is performed standing straight up, having the barbell place right on the back of your shoulders.

Once you have them set there, you want to have your foot proposition with a good stance, not to wide and not too close. Have them slightly on the outside of your shoulder, once that is done, go straight down at a standstill position but don't lean over to were you're about to fall. After that, come right back up and repeat the same step again. Squats can be done every other day because it's a full body exercise that is mainly focus on the lower body. When doing squats, it's best to tighten your abs up which will help you lose fat around your midsection. Squats can be done in reps and sets, its can be charted as 5 sets and 10 reps. Squats can also make you jump higher and run faster.
