People all across the world, use there lower body for something. In fact our lower body is the strongest muscles there is. For one, we use our lower body every day, either there is walking, jogging, running, or going up the stairs. But out of all of them, human beings walk more every day instead of jogging or running. All across the world of gyms is now using machine weights, which is a training tool that is used based off a machine where you can adjust the weight to your movement. Machine weight was design to be a safe work out zone for people that uses them. They're easy to use and handle, you really don't have to do much to a machine weight, because the machine is doing all of it for you . However, most people like to use both when the enter a gym, wither free weights or machine weights. But when your using a machine weight it can only do so much, as to a free weight you can never out grow it. IRON WEIGHTS

Iron weights have been known for years throughout the gyms. There is no particular gym without out iron weights. It's the best tool that can be used for better strength and power. What goes on with iron weights can be heavy mass with lean body structure . Being able to do a bench press with a full bar that is made out of iron carries a lot of weight with it, including the weights that is going on the bar for you to lift. I have been using iron weights for years, since I was 12 years old. Using particular weights such as iron weights showed me how to grip the bar tight when I use it. The better the grip is the better the performance can get. We all know about jogging and running, either we have seen it or done it. However, jogging and running is perform with an intense workout that is allowing the heart to go at a faster pace only because your pumping your muscles more, using your whole body to perform that movement. Jogging is meant to go at a slower pace, when your jogging you usually doing it to get warmed up before you start your work outs. Jogging can be perform for a short period of time or longer, just depends on the person performing and what the purpose is for that particular movement. Walking and trotting can be put in the same category in my point of view. Only one is with slow pace and the other is with fast pace. Walking can be done on a everyday bias . We all drink water or at least had some water or just different kinds of fluids that we have just put in our body. However, water is good for everything. In fact, about 60% of water is made of man body and 55% is made of woman body, so as we all can see we need water, it's part of us. Even our brain is made up of 75% of water. When it comes to work out and performing an activity water is the key to staying hydrated.  Always stay hydrated, it will keep you at a balance of having enough fluid in your body to perform. Without water you can have a breaking point, not being able to stay in a game for a long period of time, having heat strokes, out of breath, and more. When we drink water, all we doing is feeding our body to what it needs. Throughout your workouts or before and after your workouts, stay hydrated no matter what. Stretching 101 Information

When you're learning about the importance of working out and staying fit, stretching will be one of the main key factors to starting everything. There are different reasons you would need or want to stretch first before a work because it will keep the muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Every bone in your body and joints will feel much better after all of the stretching is done. It will make you feel calm and relax, including your muscles as well. Reviewing from the last post we talked about will be something you can be able to use once you have things figured out. Right here I set a few examples to how things should look, now it doesn't have to go in this order or anything but you can make up what you want to work on each day for you so it can fit your needs. You can put them in jars, shake them up and after all of that you can pick one out of the jar each day, and whatever color is on that index card will determine the workout you doing for that day.
